TS-G100 Guard Tour quick start guide |
1. The guard takes TS-G100 guard tour reader and scans his own GuardID to identify himself on duty with the system.
2. Then, the guard takes the TS-G100 guard tour reader to the designated Locations that installed the locationID touch memory buttons and scan them according to priority. The patrol records and patrol time will be saved into the TS-G100 guard patrol reader for every location touching. When scanning successfully, the guard will hear the sound and see a LED flash on the touch button reader.
3. Normally, every week or every two weeks, the supervisor will collect all guard tour readers and download all these patrol records into the database of guard tour management software via the data downloader station. Then we will get all kinds of guard tour reports from guard tour software system.
